Thank you for keeping it real in all the noise about AI and the automation of the 'less value ad' tasks. Skill building is a step approach. And we definitely need to think if there is a path to top if the bottom steps on the ladder are taken away.
This was an incredibly poignant post. I've been thinking about the 'Great Atrophy' that is taking place with the over abundance of AI tools. I'm fine for them to write certain things back to the CRM and to also provide summaries. However, those summaries miss out on a lot of the in-between non-verbal queues we miss when we don't re-watch a recording as an example. I could go on. Love this post!
