The Ghostbuster role is the most interesting thing in this episode and it got the least airtime. Most companies treat operational decay as a cost of scaling. Deel treats it as a job someone owns end-to-end. That's a real org-design idea, not a productivity hack.

It also lines up with Chris's point about not hiring a big sales team first. We're building leapd.ai around the same bet — an agent that runs the daily build-and-ship loop for founders who don't have a team to delegate to yet. What we keep relearning is exactly his conclusion: the leverage isn't in the AI tool, it's in whether someone has actually mapped the system the tool is supposed to run. Great episode.
