The buying-group point is the one founders underrate most. You build airtight conviction with your champion, then procurement or a skeptical exec shows up in week three and derails everything, because nobody mapped the other seats at the table. I'd add: the earlier you can name who those other stakeholders are — even before they're in the room — the less this ambushes you late-stage.
